Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
• Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
• Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
• Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
• Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility
• Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
• Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
• Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
• Report on activity to upper management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Quickbooks) will be appreciated
• Excellent math ability
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma; further education will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with Customer Service and Planning regarding shipping dates and status of orders.
• Prepare ship schedule report daily.
• Ensure that raw material, work-in-process and finished goods inventory is transacted in an accurate and timely manner and stocked in designated locations.
• Contribute to the inventory improvement process by reviewing cycle count data and inventory reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality products to customers throughout the USA, using FTL, LTL, and flat-bed carriers on approved vendor list.

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel Skills
• Previous exposure to SAP preferred
• High School Diploma required, some college preferred
• At least 3 years of related experience

• Speak with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly
• Review financial reports
• Communicate with clients to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepancies
• Participate in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developments
• Process payroll

Requirements & Skills

• Proven work experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role
• Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
• Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software
• Strong math and research skills
